Terms & Conditions
An invoice will be sent via e-mail which is to be paid in full via bank transfer no later than the day before the photo shoot.
The Client will be responsible for the cooperation of those who are to be in the photographs. The Photographer will not be held accountable for not being able to capture certain photographs due to individuals who fail to cooperate.
Limit of Liability
In the unlikely event that the Photographer is injured, becomes too ill, or has an emergency that prevents them from attending the shoot the Photographer will be in touch to reschedule or a full refund will be given. In the unlikely event that digital files have been lost, stolen, or destroyed for reasons beyond the Photographer’s control, including but not limited to camera, hard drive, or equipment malfunction, the Photographer’s liability is limited to the return of all payments received for the photo shoot. Once the client has received their photographs in digital format, it is the client’s responsibility to keep copies and back-ups of the files. The photographer cannot be held liable for the replacement of the digital files should the client’s files become lost, stolen or corrupt.
Digital Negatives, Prints and Copyright
The photographs produced by the Photographer, are protected by International Copyright Law (all rights reserved) and the Photographer retains the copyright to all photos produced. The photographer supplies images as high-resolution jpegs and does not provide/sell RAW files. The Client will receive copies of the digital photographs as part of the package paid for. The Client may reproduce any of these images in any manner they like for sharing and enjoyment of friends and relatives. However, the Client must not reproduce any images for publishing or selling for profit.
Photographs will be provided to the Client via digital download no more than two weeks after the photo shoot. The Client agrees that this time scale does not apply if the outstanding balance has not been paid. No photographs, digital or prints, will be delivered until the Outstanding Balance is paid in full.
